Your Pets In The House During Showings

I know you love your furry friend,🐶 but not everyone else does. Many people like leaving their pets in a house during showings, which is very risky.😬 You never know who is going into your home, how they will treat your pet, or if that pet that has never tried to escape is going to this time. (trust me... I have chased many a cat😺 down the street when they run out during a showing). 😵

So... although it is a hassle, and potentially an added expense, keep those pets safe and bring them somewhere else during showings. 😀

Team Christmas Baking Was A Blast!

We owe it to teammate Sabrina for our tradition of "team Christmas baking".🍪 We did it for the first time last year and this year we even had a special guest Luke from RBC.😀 ⁠

⁠Sabrina is the baker in the group, and I am pretty sure her internal words are much more than her external words as she is coaching each of us on what we are doing wrong.🤣 Our half-full measuring cups, extra splashes of vanilla, wrong butter temperatures🌡️ or oven temperatures... but she held us all together and somehow we all came out with edible treats. ⁠

⁠It was a blast and with each treat I eat I get to think of this wonderful bunch!🙌⁠

Listing your home right before or after the holidays☃️ is my absolute favourite. It is that time when everyone else is scared😱 to list, there is no inventory, and the buyers haven't slowed down. We have a house on the market that is pushing up over 75 showings😲 as of today after just 5 days on the market. Trust me when I say the buyers👈 truly do not slow down.

Another Rate Announcement Tomorrow

Tomorrow is another rate announcement, and I think it is one that has a lot of people very curious. The first one since the US election, and an indicator of what next year may bring. For the most part people are saying that it will stay the same, things won't change much for a while, that we are stable, others thing that it may go down a bit more to help stimulate.
