An Incredible Win!

Gushing for this couple, one and done is the way we did it after just a few weeks of looking at homes.... but during those 4 weeks we saw homes that will forever live as "stories I tell"... like the one with an absolutely shattered foundation that sold 100k over list price... we were all in shock... and also scared, because if a home with a shattered foundation sells for that, what does it mean for a good home??

This one was the perfect storm. It felt fantastic when we walked in the door, and this was the first home where everyone was smiling while walking through it. Everyone could quickly imagine and see themselves in it. And then the offers day was slightly unique, and I knew I could use that uniqueness to help us out... and I truly think that it did.

It’s Hard To Hear, But It’s True

It's hard to hear, but it is true. Right now so many people are holding onto their homes waiting for the true spring to be here when we can see full blooms and beautiful yards....but the fact is right now buyers just aren't fussy about that. They simply want a house. There is very limited inventory and what buyers want more than a beautiful yard, is a home.

What Is Trek Like?

If you know me, you know I love hiking,⛰ but many people have questions about what trek is like...🧐

It means long days of walking, and for this next one, it will be in the heat with bugs🐜 (just a typical July in Manitoba). It means sleeping with someone you just met, it means no flushing toilets and often just a hole in the ground to do your business.💩 It means walking when you're told to walk, and stopping when you're told to stop.🛑 

It is an incredible experience and I would love to walk with you while I train to talk more about it! 😀

I Couldn't Be Happier For This Couple!

This is a story of perseverance and being willing to do what it takes to win. In this market, we saw a lot of homes that were sooooo close to being right, but still needed so much work, and there were only 2 homes that we walked into and everything felt perfect. The first was a hard loss, one where we gave it our all and still it wasn't enough.

When we walked into this one it felt even more right. It felt like home, and we were ready to go after it. We pulled out all the tricks and gave it 110% and we were so happy to land this win. It is an incredible home with a fantastic history and it is the perfect place for the two of you to start an incredible life.

I am so happy I got to work with you again, it was an honour and a privilege, and while I hope our paths cross again soon, I hope that you have many many years here before I work with you again.
