A friend of mine referred this lovely family to me, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with these guys! It's been exactly 3 weeks since the first day that we met and in that short amount of time we fit in a family vacation, and listed and sold this house!

A few days after we met, this family was already hard at work getting ready for a garage sale, cleaning, de-cluttering and getting ready for showings. I knew that the showings for this property were going to be busy, and this poor family was constantly on the run for the week of showings! During this week the sellers and I were best friends, as I think I text her more than anyone else with constant showing requests. Even though I was asking their family to leave non stop for showings, I always got a pleasant "alrighty" as a response. This family was so easy to work with and all their hard work and cooperation helped to make the process super easy and enjoyable. We had lots of late night meetings with me stopping by at 10pm to take down a sign, meet with them after our vacation, and reviewing our offer. There are no time limits in the world of Real Estate and this family was phenomenal at accommodating my crazy working hours!
