143 Traverse Ave SOLD
/After knowing the Agagnier family for many years, and growing up with the youngest daughter Andrea, it was an absolute honour when I found out they were trusting me in listing their long time family home. As with a lot of family homes, there was a bit of work that needed to be done to bring it up to the beautiful home that we had hit the market.
With a little guidance, the family got to work and put in countless hours working on the renovations. As they were nearing the finish line of the renovations they got the call! The apartment they were waiting for to list their home, was available and ready to move into in a couple short weeks. This lite a fire in the family and they got to work and came together to make sure everything was just perfect before we hit the market.
Once we were able to list the home for sale, we had encountered a bit of a slow start. With the snow starting to fall, there was a bit of concern from the family that this might not be the right time to sell. After many conversations, making sure they knew every bit of information I could find out, I was able to bring them an offer that was just what they were looking for.
As I was pulling up to meet with the family to help set up for Andrea’s wedding social I got the email. I was so excited to let her know that, not only we were going to be setting up for an amazing party BUT that her family home had sold and they would be going into the New Year with one less worry on their hands. With the rest of the family showing up shortly after I was elated to let them know they only had one week left of carrying this home and that they could truly celebrate.
