Congratulations Omneya!

Isn’t this just the most amazing way to start off the new year!! Just a couple days in we finalized the purchase of this amazing home for Omneya.

While it had been a few months since we had initially met, the search itself didn’t take much time at all. It was very easy going in and out of each property to know that they simply were not right for her family. While there was one that we kept talking about, she knew that it just wasn’t right.

When we walked into this one I knew right away that it was the one for her. It had all the space they needed, had been well kept, and was the perfect location.

It was always a pleasure to head out and look at homes, and to have her son come along for showings and the inspection. He is quite possible the most well behaved kid I have seen during house hunting.

I am so happy for you that you found this amazing home. I am here for you every step of the way as you navigate the world of homeownership in Canada! First on your list needs to be the purchase of a shovel :)
