128 Kingfisher SOLD

This story is all about what happens when your clients listen to everything you tell them to do, and it is amazing.

Referred to me by my in-laws we set up our first official appointment to talk about getting the home ready for the market. We brought in the stager to get it show ready, and the home inspector to do the pre inspection and they got to work right away prepping the home for the market. Their home already showed spectacularly, but it’s all in those fine details when it come to the staging to help show it off even better.

There was a little apprehension on price, but I wanted to make sure we did it properly. In their neighbourhood there was a lot of competition on the market, as well as new homes that are constantly being built. The average days on market is a bit higher and most were selling under list price, but we wanted to make sure that wasn’t us. We strategically priced it as the only home under 400k in the area, and then we watched the showings flood in.

These two didn’t complain once as they were constantly kicked out of their home. The first showing request came in at 6:15am the first day it was on the market, and that set the tone for the rest of the week. They were constantly kicked out of their home for the showings that just kept coming, and not once did they tell me that I couldn’t let them in, and not once did they complain about it all.

On offers date we were thrilled to break the trend of the neighbourhood and get an offer over list price. They said to me “this is the fastest we have ever sold a home, and with the most amount of showings!”, which makes me smile. Ultimately it is because of teamwork, we all worked together to have the perfect listing that would turn out this way and I am thankful to of had such amazing clients. You guys were just amazing and I appreciate you trusting me and putting in all the hard work so that your home could show itself off. I am excited for the next chapter in your life and can’t wait to hear about the next amazing home you will find.
