Hold The Phone!!

Did you hear that some lenders' rates secretly (and I mean very secretly) actually went down recently? That's right, some of your mono-line and smaller credit unions brought their rates down. The big banks aren't "playing" in this yet, and there are many reasons why that may be. (if you want to get nitty gritty with me on this and mortgages DM me).
