Can You Really Get A 30-year Mortgage?

Have you heard that the Federal government has made some changes to help first-time home buyers?

The criteria... if you are a first-time buyer AND buying a new build home you are now able to stretch your mortgage to 30 years instead of 25 to help you qualify.

It is a nice gesture, but I don't know how many first-timers are able to afford a new build, however, it does also apply to condos and townhomes which are more within the average first-timers budget.
