919 Fleet SOLD

It feels like it was just yesterday that I helped Kara buy this amazing home, and as life changes it was time for her to move on with the next adventure. We talked earlier in the summer about listing the home and the timelines and decided that early October we would hit the market.

After Kara worked hard to get the home ready for market and making an epic listing video which included its own music video, we hit the market with a fury. I was texting Kara constantly with one showing request after another. And then the epic storm came. You would think that record breaking amounts of snow and road closures would slow things down, but at 12:00 Friday we had a showing request come in for 5:30 that day, right at the peak of the storm. We thought for sure there was no way that showing would follow through, but they did, and so did several more on Saturday, which was followed by an epic open house Sunday.

Tuesday was offers date and I was delighted to present Kara with 5 different offers on her amazing home. All the hard work had paid off, and today we were able to hang the SOLD sign!
